I can see your progress over your last few drawings. You're getting better.
I think you should study anatomy and how light works though. There's a book called Dynamic Anatomy by Burne Hogarth that I picked up when I first started, and it completely changed the way I drew things. To me it looks like you're drawing the skin, but not what's underneath it. It's like drawing a shirt without knowing what the body is shaped like. Extensive research and study of various things like anatomy, light and shadow, perspective, etc. are often overlooked by beginning artists, but using educational materials provided by established artists on these subjects is often not only the quickest way to improve, but also benefits your art in ways that you might not be able to do alone.
Practice is the main thing though, keep drawing!
